Dispatch Time

I generally make items of jewellery to order, therefore orders may take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched depending on demand and time of year. I endeavour to complete as soon as possible and if there is going to be a delay I will notify you and you have the choice to cancel your order.

If I have a piece jewellery in stock, I will dispatch the article within 1-2 days of purchase.

If you have an urgent requirement (last minute present) please don’t hesitate to message me. I may have the perfect piece of jewellery in stock, or if I have time I will prioritise where possible to get your order made in time.

Collect from Teän’s Silver Shed – £0.00

If you select the ‘Collect Option’ when purchasing an item from the website, once your jewellery order is ready to collect you will be notified via email. On receiving an email a convenient time of collection can be arranged to suit. Please inform Teän’s Silver Shed of a preferred contact method if an email is not suitable.


Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For UK - £3.50 

Delivery time – Royal Mail aim for 1-2 working days for delivery, you will receive an email to notify you when your jewellery order is complete and has been dispatched. 

Delivery Option International

Tracked & Signed International Shipping - £12.00

Choosing Royal Mail Tracked & Signed will give you the option to track your parcel when posted via the Royal Mail website. Royal Mail will cover the costs of the parcel in the case of it getting lost, compensation of up to £250.  


Delivery time – Royal Mail aim for 5-7 working days for delivery after the dispatch from Teän’s Silver Shed.




Due to items of jewellery being custom made to order and size, returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty.


Faulty Items

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All damaged returns will be subject to an inspection before a suggested course of action can be discussed.

When exchanging a faulty item, please be aware that I can only replace it for the same product in the same colour and style, subject to availability. Where possible, I will offer to repair faulty items.

If there is an occasion when jewellery may need repairing due to excessive wear or damage outside of the 2 month guarantee, I offer a high quality value for money repair service if the piece of jewellery is in a repairable state.



In the case of ordering an item of jewellery in the wrong size, Teän’s Silver Shed offers a re-sizing service.

I charge a minimal fee of £5.00 per item however there may be further costs depending on the alteration and work involved. The fee will cover costs for extra materials and time. Each job will be priced accordingly.

Teän’s Silver Shed reserves the right to cancel an order if your jewellery cannot be delivered to your area.
